The Tektronix 370 Curve Tracer is a high performance GPIB-programmable digital storage Curve Tracer that provides static and dynamic semiconductor device measurements. The Tektronix 370 measures, displays the semiconductor characteristics of a variety of 2, 3 and 4 terminal devices: including diodes, bipolar transistors, FET’s, SCR’s, thyristors, optoisolators and integrated circuits.
