RENT KEYSIGHT N1268A 

The Keysight N1268A Ultra High Voltage Expander Unit (UHVU) works in conjuction with the Keysight B1505A Power Device Analyzer / Curve Tracer. The N1268A UNVU supports breakdown measurements up to 10 kV. This ultra high voltage range capability provides state of the art accuracy, lexibility and ease-of-use for characterizing high power devices such as IGBTs. The N1268A must be used with a B1505A that has been configured with a minimum of two B1514A MCSMU’s OR one B1514A MCSMU and one B1512A HCSMU.
