When the Agilent 81130A Mainframe is combined with one or two Keysight 81132A (Agilent) output modules it becomes a precision 600 MHz/1.32 Gbps single / dual-channel Pulse Date Generator. (Keysight 81131A and 81132A output channels can not be combined together into the very same Keysight 81130A (Agilent) Mainframe.)
In order to meet the highly complex stimuli requirement of today’s devices, the Keysight 81130A (Agilent) can sequence and loop its memory for very deep patterns. Digital channel addition allows the generation of signals with two different pulse widths and delays or of data rates up to 1.32 Gbit/s in one single channel. The Keysight 81130A (Agilent) Pulse Data Generator is perfectly suited to operate in the 170 kHZ to 400 / 660 MHz frequency range, but is capable of operation in the extended range down to 1 kHz.
